A library and study center named after the late Raju Sheth Shinde has been established in Shastrinagar for needy students in Kothrud preparing for competitive exams like UPSC and MPSC.
Recreation Center for Senior Citizens
A senior citizens' recreation center named after the late MLA Ramesh Bhau Wanjale has been established at Alkapuri Society on Paud Road for the entertainment of elderly citizens.
